No-one likes having to resort to the law to remedy a wrong, but this may be the only avenue open and can be the best way of gaining satisfaction. Disputes will arise in a multitude of situations and I have the knowledge, skill and determination to take on any legal battle that may arise for my clients. I will not however advise you to take action through the courts without thoughtful consideration and thorough preparation. And conversely, I will advise you professionally and honestly as to whether you have a valid defence to any legal action proposed against you.
